First Look Buffalo Theatre Company presents “THE GIRL IN THE WASHROOM”. In the winter of 1964, after a violent incident in a New York City alleyway, Daisy and Stanley seek refuge in a nearby hotel room. What begins as a moment of recovery soon becomes a night of reckoning, as they confront the limits of their relationship, and the pain of realizing certain truths too late.

Sixty years later, in 2024, that same room becomes the focus of a ghost-hunting investigation led by two new characters, Daphne and Sage- romantic partners and co-hosts of a hit paranormal web series. As they search the haunted space for the rumored spirit, their, relationship fractures amid conflicting desires for privacy, public life, and authenticity.
